Delivery
At Flowers Express, delivery is always included in the price of your
flower arrangement. There are NO additional delivery costs.* Flowers
will normally be delivered by a florist, if no local florist can supply,
they will be gift wrapped and sent by courier or postal services. Your
order will be delivered on the day requested except for Sundays and
Bank holidays when they will be delivered the day before. We cannot
guarantee timed appointments during the day, nor am or pm appointments.
Guarantee
The products shown are available almost anywhere in the UK, Channel
Islands and Northern Ireland. Some flowers may be delivered in bud to
ensure longer life. In the unlikely event of any supply difficulties,
we reserve the right to substitute goods or packaging of equal value
and quality. Our service is backed by our full guarantee of satisfaction.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information
that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection
Act 1998).
We collect
information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order
and second, to provide you with the best possible service. The type
of information we will collect about you includes: your name, address,
telephone number and email address. We will never share your confidential
information with anyone, and will not e-mail you in the future unless
you have given us your consent.
You
can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If
you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The
personal information that we hold will be held securely in accordance
with our internal security policy and the law.
We may
use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our
site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your
browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening,
however, your personal details will not be registered for any subsequent
visits.

Complaints Procedure
Complaints can be accepted by phone, fax, mail or email. We will respond
to your complaint by telephone or email as appropriate with the next
two working days. Although each case will be dealt with on its merits,
the general policy is to refund or replace goods where they are found
to have been substandard, or not delivered . We will aim to resolve
any complaint to our customers satisfaction within one week of the initial
contact and to keep you informed of the progress of your complaint.
